摘要
在真空干燥条件下试验建立了有关应力、含水率及时间之间的关系,分析了小径级柞木锯材在真空干燥过程中应力的发生和发展变化过程.试验表明:由于干燥前初始应力的差异,导致干燥过程中应力的性质有所不同.根据应力差异,应在干燥的不同阶段及时进行调湿处理,预防板材开裂.
The relationship among the stress,moisture content and time span was set up.The small diameter oak lumber had been analyzed on the procedure which the stress produces,develops and changes in the vacuum condition.The experiment showed that the stress properties are different because starting states with the lumber stresses were not the same.The conditioning treatments should be done at the different drying stages according to the stress variations in order to prevent the lumber checking.
