摘要
研究了基于半导体敏感材料的乙醇浓度检测模型,设计了基于PLC和触摸屏的乙醇浓度检测及补料控制系统,并给出了系统的总体及软硬件设计。该系统运行稳定可靠,测量精度高,控制算法有效,实现了乙醇浓度的在线检测与补料量的优化控制。将该系统应用到谷胱甘肽发酵过程中,实验分析表明系统有效,检测模型相对误差小于2.5%,能够较好地满足发酵工业要求。
The ethanol concentration measurement model was discussed based on semiconductor sensitive materials,then a PLC and touch screen-based ethanol concentration measuring and feeding rate control system was designed,including its software and hardware.Application results prove this accurate model and effective algorithm in on-line measuring of ethanol concentration and in achieving optimal control of feeding rate.The relative error less than 2.5% of the measuring model can meet the demands of fermentation engineering.
