摘要
利用现代计算机技术对原数据处理部分进行改造,从硬件和软件两方面着手,提出一套改造方案。设计了满足数据系统要求的计算机硬件结构,同时改进了质谱峰平滑和识别的效果。通过改进直接计算的质量标定算法实现了质谱峰质量数的准确测定。实验表明:改造后的计算机系统能很好地完成原始质谱信号的采集与分析,本方案对同类仪器改造也具有一定参考价值。
Employing computer technology to improve GC-MS's data processing part was proposed,and the hardware which conforming to data processing was designed and the effect of MS peak smoothing and identification were improved;and the algorithm to realize accurate measurement of MS peak amount was improved.The experimental result reveals that improved GC-MS can complete raw signal acquisition and analysis,and this provides the reference for upgrading of similar GC-MS.
