小切口阑尾切除术在临床中的应用研究

Study of Clinical Apply about Small Incision Appendectomy

目的对患者进行小切口阑尾切除术,研究它的治疗效果。方法我院2006年3月至2011年6月住院的阑尾炎患者共105例,对照组46例采用开腹阑尾切除术,观察组59例采用小切口阑尾切除术。对两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、肛门恢复排气时间、住院时间和手术并发症进行记录并分析。结果对照组与观察组在平均手术时间、平均出血量、肛门恢复排气时间及平均住院时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组与观察组切口感染比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小切口阑尾切除术,能够减少平均手术时间、平均出血量、肛门恢复排气时间及平均住院时间,且不增加并发症风险,值得临床应用。

Objective To study its therapeutic effect about small incision appendectomy.Method 105 appendicitis patients from March 2008 to June 2011,46 cases with open appendectomy in control group,59 cases with small incision appendectomy in the observation group.Operative time,blood loss,anal exhaust time,hospital stay and complications were recorded and analyzed.Result There were statistically significant about the average operative time,the average amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time and the hospital stay(P<0.05).There was statistically significant about infection rate(P<0.05).Conclusion Small incision appendectomy can reduce the average operation time,the average amount of bleeding,anal exhaust time and hospital stay without increasing the risk of complications,and worthy of clinical application.
