颅内支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤

Stents with coils for the treatment of very small intracranial wide-necked aneurysms

目的总结支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤的经验。方法对颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤患者15例均采用自膨式Enterprise支架结合弹簧圈栓塞治疗。结果所有患者手术均顺利完成,支架到位均满意,无手术并发症;动脉瘤完全闭塞9例,闭塞90%以上6例。术后3～6个月对所有患者进行了造影复查,无再出血及血栓栓塞症状发生。结论支架结合弹簧圈治疗颅内微小宽颈动脉瘤,是一种安全、有效的方法。

Objective To present the result of our initial experience in using the stents with coils for the treatment of very small intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.Methods 15 cases with very small intracranial wide-necked aneurysms were all used the enterprise stents with coils for treatment.Results All of the patients were performed successfully,stents in place were satisfied,without any operative complications.9cases with aneurysm occluded totally,More than 90% occlusion had 6 cases.All patients had angiography review after 3~6 months,they were not bleed again and occurred thromboembolism symptoms.Conclusion Stents with coils for the treatment of very small intracranial wide-necked aneurysms is a safe and effective method.
