泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗上消化道出血的临床观察

Clinical observation of combination of Pantoprazole and Yunnanbaiyao on the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探讨上消化道出血的临床治疗方法。方法采用泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗35例上消化道出血患者。结果治疗组的显效率和总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泮托拉唑联合云南白药治疗上消化道出血,增强止血效果,缩短止血时间,减少再出血率,而且药物价格低廉,值得推广。

Objective Investigating the clinical treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods Pantoprazole combining with Yunnanbaiyao treated 35 patients has upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Results Excellence rate and total excellence rate of the treatment group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pantoprazole combined with Yunnanbaiyao on the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding can enhanced hemostasis,reduced bleeding time,reduce rebleeding rate,and low drug prices,is worth promoting.
