缩宫素及米索前列醇在预防产后出血中的临床应用观察

Observation on the clinical application of Oxytocin and Misoprostol in preventing the postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨分析缩宫素及米索前列醇在预防产后出血中的临床应用效果及安全性。方法选取2010年9月～2012年6月于本院生产的130例产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组每组各65例,对照组给予缩宫素,观察组则给予缩宫素及米索前列醇,后将两组患者产后2h出血情况、不良反应发生率及用药后经产妇和初产妇不同时间段的宫缩强度进行统计及比较。结果观察组的产后2h出血情况优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,经产妇和初产妇用药后不同时间段的宫缩强度均大于对照组,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论缩宫素及米索前列醇在预防产后出血中的临床应用效果较好,可显著增强宫缩,且其安全性也较高。

Objective To study the clinical application effect and safety of Oxytocin and Misoprostol in preventing the postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 130 parturients in our hospital from September 2010 to June 2012 were selectedas research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group were given to Oxytocin,the observation group were given to Oxytocin and Misoprostol,then the blood loss situation at 2h,incidence of adverse reaction and contraction intensity of multipara and primipara at different times after giving the drug of two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The blood loss situation of observation groupat 2h were better than those of control group,incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group,contraction intensity of multipara and primipara at different times after giving the drug were all bigger than those of control group,all P<0.05,there were all significant differences.Conclusion The clinical application effect of Oxytocin and Misoprostol in preventing the postpartum hemorrhage is better,it can significantly improve the contraction,and the safety is higher too.
