摘要
屈原在作品中,不同程度地记述了春秋战国时代的酿酒工艺、饮酒方法和酒的类别,具有典型的楚文化特色。屈原不仅以酒后之表象喻世警人,而且折射出他"独清"、"独醒"的高尚情操,其文化价值弥足珍贵。
Qu Yuan recorded in his works about the wine-brewing art,how people drank and the kinds of wine.Qu Yuan observed people's personality after their drinking.He remained sober all the time,which showed his lofty individual personality.
