摘要
新中国成立以后,在国家与农民关系上,农民所面对并不是抽象的国家权力与国家形象,而是代表国家权力和利益的实体。从个体上讲,农民所面对是半行政方式的乡村基层干部;从机构上讲,农民所面对的是国营商店、信用社、供销社等国营和集体企业。后者则是文章所概括的国家企业,是国家政策的执行载体,大跃进高潮时国家形象一度受到严重影响,为了缓解这种危机,国家对国家企业进行了一系列政策调整,缓解了大跃进所带来的负面影响,基本达到了国家形象重塑的目的。
What the farmers face is not an Abstract state power and national image,but the entity on behalf of the state power and interests in the relationship between state and peasants after the founding of new China.From the individual perspective,farmers face half administrative style of rustic cadre at the basic level;from the perspective of mechanism,the farmer faces the state and collective enterprises,i.e.,state-run stores,credit cooperatives,cooperatives.The latter is directly related to the implementation of national policies,national image carrier,which was once severely affected with the tide of the great leap forward.In order to alleviate this kind of crisis,the country undertook a series of policy adjustment.As a result,the basic purpose to reconstruct the national image has been achieved.
