从大运会志愿服务看职业精神培养——以深圳职业技术学院为例

Cultivation of Professionalism on the Inspiration of Universiade Volunteer Service:A Case Study of Shenzhen Polytechnic

职业精神是价值观、人格、理想信念、职业道德、职业操守等精神性素质在职业行为上的彰显,是统领劳动者一生职业发展的思想力量。高职院校对职业精神的看重,表明其办学理念已经跨越单纯强调就业导向阶段,由知识本位、能力本位转向素质本位。对此,试从深圳职业技术学院大运会志愿者的优异表现出发,研探高职院校育人理念的创新和职业精神的培养,并就职业精神教育存在的问题以及模式创新提出意见和建议。

Professionalism reflects a person's value,characters,belief,faith,morality and behavior.It is the key impetus which can inspire a practitioner to work professionally throughout his whole life time.Higher vocational colleges now emphasize on professionalism,which indicates the educators have abandoned the pattern of solely employment-oriented.It has shifted from knowledge and ability oriented to quality-oriented.With the outstanding behaviors that the Universiade volunteers of Shenzhen Polytechnic have demonstrated,this article explores the innovations and methods of cultivating professionalism in higher vocational colleges.The problems and flaws existing in Chinese education of professionalism and suggestions on the new patterns have also been mentioned.
