试论高校思想政治教育机制创新

Discussion on the Innovation of the Mechanism of College Ideological and Political Education

高校思想政治教育一直以来备受党和国家的重视,尽管进行了多个方面的调整改革,但是成效甚微,面对经济全球化以及社会主义市场经济局势,高校人才仍然难以应对,究其根本,问题主要体现在机制上。对于以计划经济为基础所形成的传统思想教育机制,已经逐渐暴露出自身所存在的局限性,已经逐渐与社会主义市场经济的新形势和高等教育脱节,在一个新的社会环境下出现了众多矛盾。正因为如此,高校思想政治教育应该与时俱进,时刻把握时代的脉搏,进行全方位革新,将思想政治教育机制引领到一条新的道路上来。

College ideological and political education is always the attention of our party and government,but its reform has not received the expected result,the cause of which is mechanism.Therefore,college ideological and political education should keep pace with the times and implement all-round reform,so as to guide its mechanism to a new way.
