Implementing Ideological and Political Education of College Students with People as Orientation

思想政治教育在坚定人的政治信仰,提升人的品德,培养全面发展的人方面发挥着重要的作用。但是,由于受传统教育模式的束缚,当前高校的思想政治教育存在着教学方式和教学内容不能满足当代大学生的需求的问题,思想政治教育的效果不佳。因而,顺应时代的要求,在科学发展观的指引下,坚持和探索"以人为本"的思想政治教育新路径,提升思想政治教育的实效性,成为新时期高校思想政治教育工作的必然要求。

Ideological and political education plays a significant role in firming the political faith,elevating morals and cultivating overall people.However,due to the fetter of the traditional mode of education,there exists the problem with current ideological and political education in universities that the educational methods and teaching contents fail to meet the demand of contemporary college students,which has led to the unsatisfactory effects of ideological and political education.Therefore,it has been necessary for university's ideological and political education in a new era to comply with the requirements of the times,persist in and explore the new path of people oriented ideology and enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education under the guide of the Scientific Outlook on Developm-ent.
