对于师范学生的班主任而言,除了要关心学生的学习,还要关心他们的生活以及身心健康,而学生的能力培养也是班主任的重要任务之一。班集体为学生能力的培养,创造力的发挥提供了平台。本文从班级文化、班级管理模式、班级活动三个方面阐述如何让学生成为班级的主人。

For the head teacher of the class for students majoring in pre-school education,I should be concerned with their study as well as their life and the health in body and mind.But I bel-ieve that my most important task is to train and improve students' abilities.In the class,students are provided many opportunities to train their abilities,especially creative abilities.In this article,I will elaborate how to make students become masters of the class in three aspects—class culture,class management mode and class activities.
