Letting Students Participate in the Whole Process of Class Teaching

在课堂教学中,教师都期待有一个理想的教学氛围。这理想的教学氛围,就是要让学生全员主动地参与课堂教学。要想让学生全员主动地参与课堂教学,一是教师必须最大限度地理解和亲近学生;二是教师必须培养学生对学习的责任心;三是教师必须特别关注"学困生"。如果这样,我们就一定能达到预定的教学目标,并且获得良好的学习效益。

In class teaching,every teacher expects a perfect teaching atmosphere,in which all students autonomously take part in class teaching.In order to make all students participate in class teaching,the teacher should understand and get close to students,cultivate students' responsibility of learning and pay more attention to students with learning difficulties.If teachers can do the above well,the expected teaching goal and good learning effect will be achieved.
