摘要
社会对高潜质、高技能人才的需求不断增加,高职院校纷纷针对学生就业目标岗位群所需职业能力探索和改进培养模式和教学方法。本文基于在高职院校市场营销专业学生培养过程中引入人才测评技术的实践,尝试研究在高职院校中如何在培养模式和教学方法中引入人才测评技术全面提升和改进该专业学生的职业竞争力。
High vocational schools explore and improve training model and teaching methods constantly according to students' targeted position groups,while the demand for highly motivated talents with good skills is increasing.This paper tries to study on overall improvement and refinement of students' professional competence by introduction of talent assessment technology into training model and teaching methods,based on the practice of the introduction.
