摘要
在现代的高等教育中,因未能按期正常毕业而延长学习年限的学生数量不断增加,因此,对于这些延长学年的学生的管理也备受关注。本文首先结合我校延长学习年限学生的组成情况分析当前高校延长学习年限的学生的现状及特征,其次分析延长学习年限学生的形成原因,最后借鉴管理学中的"三种控制模型"探析延长学年学生的分阶段管理措施。
In the process of modem high education,the number of the delayed-graduation students gradually grows up.So people is concerning more and more about the management of these students.The article mainly analyzes the current situation,characteristics and forming reason of the delayed-graduation students,then construct process control model of management to investigate the grading control measures of delayed-graduation students.
