拇指桡背侧筋膜瓣修复拇指指尖及指腹软组织缺损的临床应用

Application of radial dorsal fasicial flap of thumb for repairing skin soft tissue defect in fingertip and fingerpulp of thumb

目的研究应用拇指桡背侧筋膜瓣修复拇指指尖及指腹软组织缺损的方法和疗效。方法 2008年5月～2010年7月利用拇指桡背侧筋膜瓣修复拇指指尖及指腹软组织缺损20例。结果 20例皮瓣均成活,创面愈合良好,拇指指腹外形修复满意。结论利用拇指桡背侧筋膜瓣修复拇指指尖及指腹的软组织缺损,皮瓣质地柔软,耐磨,外形饱满,皮瓣成活率高,且不损伤拇指主要主要血管及神经,是修复拇指指尖及指腹软组织缺损的较好方法和选择。

Objective To explore the effects of radial dorsal fasicial flap of thumb in reconstruction of skin soft tissue defect in fingertip and fingerpulp of thumb.Methods The 20 cases with skin soft tissue defect in fingertip and fingerpulp of thumb were treated with radial dorsal fasicial flap of thumb form May 2008 to July 2010.Results 20 cases the flap were all alive,the wounds were better healed and the repairtion of the wounds and the appearance of fingerpulp were satisfactory.Conclusion Use the radial dorsal fasicial flap of thumb to reconstruct the skin soft tissue defect in fingertip and fingerpulp of thumb is an ideal method and choice,and the flap was so soft and wear resistantlwear,and the appearance of flap was full,and the survival rate of the flap was so higt,and it did not hert the main vesssl and nervous of the thumb.
