简要分析了直流炉的运行特点,指出磨煤机跳闸后对其工况的影响,重点是对汽温、汽压的变化进行了说明。通过分析,提出了不同情况下磨煤机跳闸后的处理预案。以现场实际的事故处理为例,证实了预案的正确性和可行性。

This paper briefly analyses the operation featrures of DC furnaces,points out that the coal mill tripping may affect the working condition and states the changes of steam temperature&steam pressure.By analysing the causes,a pre-arranged handling plan of coal mill tripping is put forward for different cases.An example of practical accident handling confirms the validity and feasibility of the plan.
