Design of processing fixture for steel ball supports of measuring apparatus used for groove diameter of ball bearing outer ring

针对球轴承外圈沟径测量仪器用钢球支点加工中存在的合格率及生产效率低的问题,设计了专用夹具,减少了加工工序,提高了产品合格率及生产效率。

To counter the fact that both qualified rate and productivity were relatively low in processing steel ball supports used for groove diameter measurement of ball bearing outer ring, the special fixture was designed, so that the problems mentioned above were solved with less machining process.
