Improvement on discharge device of double-face grinder

通过对双端面磨床出料通道对产品质量的影响因素的分析,改进了出料口与工件的接触方式,使得工件加工结束时,仍然能够保持良好的定位状态,消除了产品加工的部分质量缺陷。

By analyzing the influence factors of discharge channel of double-face grinder to product quality,the contact form between discharge hole and work-piece was improved,so that the work-piece could be kept in a good positioning state at the end of processing,and some quality defects in products processing were eliminated.
