满装滚针轴承外圈滚道加工方法改进

摘要 针对满滚针轴承外圈挡边与滚道车削时采用两把车刀加工产生中间接缝、导致磨工留量增加等问题,采用一把车刀同时加工左右挡边及滚道,解决了以上存在的问题;同时轴承外圈淬火后采用车刀硬车其左右挡边,解决了磨削挡边烧伤现象。 Since full complement needle bearing outer ring flanges and raceway were processed by two turning tools,middle lap would occur and the left amount of grinding will increase.Aimed at these problems above,using one turning tool to process left and right flanges and raceway at the same time would be a good solution.At the same time,after quenching bearing outer ring,turning tool was used to hard turn left and ring flanges to prevent flange grinding burn.
