摘要
针对高速钢刀具在返修过程中采用等温退火方法存在的工艺周期长及氧化脱碳等问题,改用循环球化退火方法,快速、可靠,返修效果良好。
To counter the problem of long process cycle and oxidation and decarburization during repairing high speed steel tool with the method of isothermal annealing, the method of cycle spheroidizing annealing was adopted, which had the advantage of high speed and reliability and a good result with repair.
