摘要
目的:探讨Tei指数评价慢性心力衰竭患者全心功能的临床应用价值。材料与方法:选取正常人群54例作为正常对照组,选取门诊及住院慢性心力衰竭患者40例作为实验组,计算各组左、右室Tei指数并进行比较。结果:实验组左、右室Tei指数显著高于正常对照组(P<0.01)。结论:Tei指数能够全面反应心脏整体功能,为慢性心力衰竭患者提供可靠的判断依据。
Purpose:To explore the clinic role of the Tei index to evaluation the left ventricular function and right ventricular function in patients with chronic heart failure.Materials and Methods:The control group consisted of fifty four normal subjects.Forty patients with chronic heart failure were the study group.Calculating the Tei index of left ventricular and right ventricular.Results:The value of the Tei index of left ventricular and right ventricular of the study group were higher than that of the control group.The difference were significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Tei index was a valuable indicator for estimating left ventricular and right ventricular systolic and diastolic functions in patients with chronic heart failure.
