我国粮食进口国际定价权问题分析

我国是粮食产量大国,也是粮食进口大国,尤其是近年来农业增产有限而市场需求巨大,导致粮食进口大增。但由于我国没有掌握大宗商品的国际定价权,只能被动地承担国际市场投机的风险,对我国的经济发展和国计民生造成了很大的影响。外国跨国公司的垄断、国际期货定价权、国内粮食仓储体系不健全等因素同时又影响着我国粮食进口的国际定价权。为了稳定国内粮价和保护国内粮食安全,亟需通过采取获取期货定价权和加快产业链整合等措施来获取粮食进口的国际定价权。

China is a big country of grain yields and imports,particularly under the condition of the limit increase of agriculture production and the large market demand in recent years,the grain imports are raising greatly.Because our country did not grasp the international pricing power of the bulk commodity,so it has fallen passively into the speculative risk of international market,which has made tremendous influence on our country's economic development and the people's livelihood.The monopoly of foreign multinational corporations,the pricing power of international futures,the imperfect domestic grain storage system and so on simultaneously affect the international pricing power of our country's grain import,in order to stabilize domestic grain price and protect domestic food security,it is very necessary for us to adopt such following measures to gain the international pricing power of grain import,such as attaining the pricing power of international futures,speeding up industrial chain's conformity and so on.
