我国常规能源的区域有效供给能力及其通道建设研究

Effective Regional Supply Capacity and Channel Scale of Conventional Energy in China

以煤炭为代表的五大常规能源,在生产地与消费地之间进行有序运输,区域的供需属性需要有效的运输供给能力作为保障。文章在五类能源区域供需形势分析的基础上,对当前七大区域的能源运输有效供给能力进行研究,明确各区域能源的实际运输属性,否定了"产地即输出"的习惯认识,并进一步计算各区域的能源运输负荷值,以此作为区域特色能源运输通道发展的有力依据,即在特定能源的高负荷运输区域,加强对应运输通道的建设力度和发展规模。

The five kinds of conventional energy orderly transport from production sites to consumer site.This regional supply and demand attributes requires the effective transport supply ability.This paper,based on the regional supply and demand analysis on the five kinds of conventional energy,made a research into the effective transport supply ability about the current seven regions,and identified the actual transport property of each region to calculate the value of the regional energy transport load.Energy-producing regions are not necessarily energy output area.This value is the basis for the development of energy transport corridors.High-load area should be focused on transportation channels construction.
