基于创业型城市建设的创业孵化基地分类规划研究

Research on Classification and Planning of Business Incubator Based on the Entrepreneurial City

文章认为,创业型城市的建设应树立从区域、城市层面规划布局创业孵化基地的系统观,从优化创业环境的视角对城市创业孵化基地进行分类、规划和建设。城市创业孵化基地建设可以分为面向创业教育的创业孵化基地、面向扶持就业的创业孵化基地和面向产业发展的创业孵化基地三种类型,并在此基础上构建一个孵化路径四通八达、层级递进的孵化基地网络体系。

Construction of entrepreneurial city should establish systematic view,then plan and construct the business incubator base from the perspective of optimizing entrepreneurship environment.The city business incubator can be classified for three types: entrepreneurship education oriented business incubator,supporting the employment oriented business incubator,and the industry development oriented business incubator,thus designs a hatching paths lead in all directions,progressive incubation base network system.
