集群供应链网络中的相关服务体及其治理机制研究

Research on the Related Service Bodies in Cluster Supply Chain Networks and Its Governance Mechanism

集群供应链作为一类既有集群网络特点又具有供应链特征的新型网络组织形式,构成主体比较多,结构比较复杂,群内企业每一活动的进行和完成都需要辅助机构的服务配合。辅助机构作为集群供应链网络组织的服务体,以服务供应链的方式发挥着对集群供应链网络组织的治理作用,维护着集群供应链网络组织的良好有序运行。文章在相关研究内容及范围界定的基础上,以集群供应链网络组织中的众多服务体为研究对象,分析相关服务体各自的运行治理机制,以期更有效地促进整个集群供应链网络组织的治理。

Cluster supply chain as a class of new network organization form with both cluster network characteristics and supply chain features has many constitute subjects,and its structure is more complex,each activity of enterprise within clusters all need auxiliary service to cooperate.Auxiliary institutions as services bodies of cluster supply chain network organization play a role of network organization governance as the form of service supply chain,maintain good orderly operation of cluster supply chain network organization.On the basis of the related research contents and scope limits,this paper chooses numerous service body in cluster supply chain network organization as the research object,and analyzes the respective operation and governance mechanism of correlation service bodies,so as to effectively promote the whole cluster supply chain network organization management.
