摘要
前列腺癌的血管生成是肿瘤发生、进展、转移的重要因素之一。动态增强磁共振成像技术(DCE-MRI)可通过小分子钆对比剂无创地对组织血管特征进行评价,并获得时间信号强度(SI-T)参数和灌注参数以实现前列腺癌的半定量、定量分析。本文综述了DCE-MRI的基本原理及其在国内外前列腺癌诊断、分期等方面的研究进展。
Angiogenesis is an important factor of the genesis,progression and metastasis of prostate carcinoma.With lowmolecular-weight gadolinium contrast agents,dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI) can be used to evaluate the vascular characteristics non-invasively,and simultaneously,time-signal intensity(SI-T) parameters and perfusion parameters of prostate carcinoma can be obtained semi-quantitatively and quantitatively.The basic principles of DCE-MRI,and the advance in the research of the diagnosis and staging of prostate cancer with DCE-MRI at home and abroad are reviewed in the present paper.
