Progress on Pellets Preparation Technology

目的:综述近年来国内外微丸的制备工艺研究进展,并展望微丸制剂的发展前景。方法:查阅相关文献,并将其分析、归纳。结论:微丸作为一种多单元释药系统,具有较多优点,随着现代制备工艺的逐渐成熟及辅料的发展,微丸成为目前缓控释制剂发展的重要方向。

Objective:The recent progress in preparation methods for pellets were reviewed,and it provides the referene for further development of pellets.Methods:A great quantity of references were comprehensively reviewed.Conclusion:Pellets have more advantages as a cell of drug release delivery systems.With preparation techniques and excipient materials gradually development,pellets play an important part in the development of sustained and controlled release delivery systems.
