目的:分析病区换药室在临床操作时存在的问题并提出持续改进措施。方法:通过临床科室建立感染质控网络、规范操作流程、调查患者满意度以及与相关部门沟通等方式对问题加以汇总、分析、有针对性地提出改进措施。结果:临床科室存在换药室管理不到位,医护人员无菌观念不强等8项问题,提出并实施相应对策。结论:加强换药室消毒监测管理,可解决临床科室换药室在操作时存在的医院感染问题。

Objective:Change medicine in clinical ward analysis room operation on the existing problems and puts forward measures for improvement.Methods:Through the clinical departments establish infection control network,standardized operation flow,patient satisfaction survey and communication with related departments such as to the way for compiling,analysis,pertinently put forward the improvement measures.Results:Clinical departments bandage there room management does not reach the designated position,medical personnel sterile concept is not strong and so on eight issues,put forward and implement corresponding countermeasures.Conclusion:Strengthen monitoring management change medicine room disinfection,which can solve the change medicine clinical departments in existing operation room hospital infection.
