摘要
在2套200 kt/a硫铁矿制酸系统电除尘器出口增设热管锅炉及配套吹灰系统,在1套200 kt/a硫铁矿制酸系统用超重力反应器代替传统尾吸塔。介绍了相关设备的结构、设计及运行参数。热管锅炉的使用不但回收了烟气废热,产生低压饱和蒸汽,而且降低了后续工序的耗水量;超重力反应器占地面积小,吸收效率高,尾气基本达标排放。
Heat pipe boilers were installed at the outlet of electrostatic precipitators in two 200 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plants and a conventional tail gas absorber was replaced by a super-gravity reactor in one 200 kt/a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant.Relative equipment is described for its construction,design and operational parameters. The use of heat pipe boilers could not only recovery waste heat from roaster gas to produce low-pressure saturated steam,but also reduce water requirement of downstream section.Super-gravity reactor had less floor space and high absorption efficiency,ensuring regulation compliance of tail gas.
