经锁骨下小切口入路甲状腺切除术20例体会

Thyroidectomy through subclavian approach with a small incision:Report of 20 cases

目的报告经锁骨下甲状腺切除的手术方法及体会。方法对20例甲状腺腺瘤、甲状腺肿等实施了经锁骨下甲状腺手术。结果全组均手术成功,无中转开放颈部切口手术,术后无声嘶,无饮水呛咳,无手足麻木等并发症。结论经锁骨下小切口入路甲状腺手术具有颈部无疤痕、美容效果好、恢复快,易掌握。

Objective To evaluate the surgical method of thyroidectomy through subclavian approach with a small incision for treatment of nodular goiter and thyroid adenoma.Methods Twenty patients with thyroid adenoma,nodular goiter received thyroidectomy through subclavian approach.Results All 20 cases had successful operation with no conversion.There were no severe surgical complications such as nerve damage or hemorrhage.Conclusions The thyroidectomy surgery by subclavian approach has the advantages of no neck scar,faster recovery and satisfactory cosmetic results.
