农林院校GIS专业应用型人才培养的思考与实践——以浙江农林大学为例

Thoughts and Practice of GIS Professional Talents Training Mode in Agriculture and Forestry University——A Case of Zhejiang Agricultural and Forestry University

在高等教育日益平民化、大众化的背景下,如何实现高素质创新型应用人才的培养,如何解决通识人才与专业应用人才培养的矛盾,是高等教育改革中的重要课题。通过对地理、测绘、师范和农林院校地理信息类专业人才培养和课程设置状况的调研,结合本校发展实际,提出了新时期农林院校地理信息类专业人才培养的应用型培养思路,特别是在培养目标、课程设置、实践教学与毕业设计、学科竞赛等方面进行了介绍。使农林院校地理信息类的毕业生能满足应用型、创新型人才培养的社会需要。提出了以缩短与应用生产单位的差距为目标,以培养服务于三农的应用型人才为导向,并在非课程教学环节中,以"阶梯层次式"竞赛模式对重点学生进行专项竞赛培养的的建议。

Against this background of civilianization and popularization of higher education,how to achieve the cultivation of high quality talents and how to solve the conflict between the cultivation of general talents and professional application talents in the reform of the higher education is an important issue.By the survey of the relevant mapping,normal and forestry colleges,we come up with ideas of the application-oriented cultivation for forestry colleges' GIS talents in the new era.To meet the social need of GIS graduates,we need to close the gap with production units,and cultivate students in 'ladder hierarchical' competition pattern.
