摘要
通过研究泉州市农村信息员队伍的状况,论述了信息员队伍是整个农村信息化建设的重要环节,信息员发挥连接农民与政府、市场、企业的桥梁作用,同时直接关系到农村信息化建设的最终成效。并总结了信息员队伍的建设、组织方法及其社会意义。
Based on the situation of rural messengers in Quanzhou,it is obvious that rural messengers play an important part in the entire rural informatization construction,as bridge connecting the farmers and the government,market and enterprises,and they have a significant effect on the final results of the rural informatization construction.In this paper,their construction and organization methods as well as their social significance were summarized.
