介绍了三网融合的概念,以及三网融合对农村信息化建设的影响,从国内外、省内外等不同视角,介绍了一些国家和地区开展三网融合与农村信息化建设的现状及先进之处,并结合淮安市三网融合与农村信息化建设的现状,从政府规划、农村信息高速公路建设、农村综合信息服务网站建设等方面提出一些建议。

In this paper,the three networks convergence and the influence on the construction of rural informatization were introduced.From the different perspectives of domestics and overseas,inside and outside the province,the current situation and advantages of developing the construction of three networks convergence and rural informatization in some countries and areas were introduced.Combined the current situation of the construction of three networks convergence and rural informatization in Huaian,several suggestions in the aspects of government planning,rural information highway construction,and rural comprehensive information service website construction were proposed.
