摘要
针对速调管滤波器在设计工作中采用了计算机辅助优化,并在此基础上改进了滤波器调谐钉焊接结构。实际结果表明,采用计算机辅助优化可以明显缩短用于调整滤波器的冷测时间,提高测试效率;而改进后的结构可以有效改善滤波器的焊接质量,提高焊接成品率。
This paper used computer-aided simulation to optimize the klystron filter according to engincering practice.The welding structure of filter tuner is improved based on the simulation.The results show that computer-aided design can obviously reduce the tuning time and improve the efficiency.The welding quality and finished product rate of the optimized structure is improved.
