论述胃十二指肠及吻合口溃疡大出血的急诊处理方法

The Emergency Treatment Methods of Duodenal and Stomal Ulcer Bleeding

目的研究胃十二指肠及吻合口溃疡大出血的急诊处理办法。方法对2008年2月—2012年2月到该院进行治疗的100名胃十二指肠及吻合口溃疡大出血的患者的治疗过程进行调查分析,研究最佳的急诊处理办法。结果 100名患者的治愈率为95%,死亡率为2%。结论要想对胃十二指肠及吻合口溃疡大出血的患者作出有效地急诊处理必须要了解病人的病史,病情状况以及身体特征,并依据病人的各项检查结果来作出合适的急诊策略。

Objective To study the gastric and duodenal ulcer hemorrhage anastomosis of the emergency treatment method. Methods In February 2008 to February 2012 to 100 treated in our stomach duodenum and anastomotic ulcer hemorrhage patients with the treatment process of investigation and analysis, this paper studies the best emergency treatment method. Results 100 patients cure rate was 95%, and mortality was 2%. Conclusion To the stomach and duodenum ulcer hemorrhage anastomosis of patients in making effective emergency treatment must understand the patient's history, the illness condition as well as the physical characteristics, and according to the patient's various test results to make proper emergency treatment strategy.
