综合治疗急性大面积脑梗死疗效观察

The Clinical Effect of Comprehensive Treatment of Acute Massive Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨急性大面积脑梗死采用综合方法治疗的临床效果。方法选择该院2008年1月—2011年1月收治的急性大面积脑梗死患者80例,随机分为单纯西药治疗组40例(对照组)及综合治疗组40例(观察组),回顾性分析2组临床资料。结果观察组40例中,总有效率为70%,对照组40例中,总有效率为40%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前及治疗3d后NIHSS评分无明显差异,治疗7d后差异有统计学意义。结论急性大面积脑梗死采用综合治疗的方法明显提高了临床效果,降低了并发症发生率,显著改善了患者生活质量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment in acute massive cerebral infarction. Methods We chose 80 cases of acute massive cerebral infarction patients in our hospital from January, 2008 to January, 2011 and divided them into two groups, each group with 40 patients. Patients of the control group were given western medicine only, while patients of the observation group were given comprehensive treatment. Then we had a retrospective analysis of their clinical data. Results The success rate of the observation group was 70%, while 40% in the control group, whose difference was of statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment in acute massive cerebral infarction can raise clinical effect, reduce the complication rate and improve patients' life obviously.
