对HPLC法测定双黄连口服液中黄芩苷含量的测量不确定度进行了分析,以找出影响不确定度的因素,对不确定度进行评估,为双黄连口服液中黄芩苷标准限量的制定提供科学依据。

In order to find out the influential factors and assess experimental data of the uncertainty,this paper analysed the uncertainty occurring in quantifying Baicalin in Shuanghuanglian oral liquid by HPLC,so that the limitation standard of baicalin in Shuanghuanglian oral liquid can be established.
