CT三维数据指导的不翻瓣口腔种植临床观测 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观测不翻瓣牙种植的临床效果。方法:共对33例局部牙列缺损病人行不翻瓣种植。男性21例,女性12例。术前使用锥束CT扫描,将扫描数据进行三维建模并做术前模型分析,以此为指导进行不翻瓣方式植入种植体49枚。术后2-3个月进行上部修复。结果:33例49枚种植体修复后成功率为100%。结论:在严格地掌握病例纳入标准,运用锥束CT三维数据进行谨慎地分析和设计治疗计划,通过仔细手术操作,不翻瓣种植可以获得满意的临床结果。 Objective: To evaluate clinical effect on flapless dental implantation.Method: 33 patients(21 males and 12 females) of partial edentulous jaws were had flapless dental implantation.Cone Beam CT had been taken before the surgery,three-dimensional modeling was achieved utilizing the scanning CBCT data and the model analysis was also achieved before the surgery.Under this circumstance,49 implants were placed with flapless implant surgery in 33 patients.Superstructure of implant was delivered to each patient after 2-3 month.Results: 49 implants were placed in 33 cases and the implants success rate was 100%.Conclusion: With careful patient-selection,analysis and designing treatment plan utilizing three-dimensional CBCT data,and careful operation,the clinical result of flapless oral implantation was satisfactory.
