本文首先介绍FARREL-F370密炼机电气系统总体构成。因原密炼机电气系统存在运行状况差、故障率高等因素而需要对其进行改造。详细介绍F370密炼机控制系统改造的方案选择及硬件软件的设计实施过程,改造范围涉及主机控制柜、上辅机控制柜,供胶机控制柜、三区温控控制柜、电房主机驱动柜。
This article introduces the overall constitution of control system for FARREL-F370 mixer first.The operating conditions of original mixer electrical system are bad,and are high failure rate,need to make the modification to it.This article introduces the scheme selection of the modification of F370 mixer control system and the planning process of design in details,the modification scope involves main engine control panel、up-stream equipment control panel、feeder control panel、three-zone temperature control panel、control room main machine driving cabinet.
