摘要
对某橡胶厂柴油机组燃料改为燃烧柴油和天然气的可行性进行了分析;以柴油4.5元/kg,天然气1.9元/m3为基数,对天然气替代率分别为65%、70%、75%和80%时,采用双燃料模式的燃料费用进行了计算,结果表明,采用双燃料模式燃料费用比纯燃用柴油的燃料费用低,且随着天然气替代率的提高,节约的费用增加;最后对双燃烧模式下,影响燃料费用的因素进行了分析。
The feasibility of using dual fuel(diesel and umpressed natural gas) combustion in diesel gencrating set was analyzed.With the price of diesel 4.5 yuan/kg,compressed natural gas(CNG) 1.9 yuan/kg,when the CNG substitution rate was 65%、70%、75% and 80%,the fuel costs of dual fuel combustion were calculated,which were lower than that of only buring diesel,meanwhile costs saving increased with CNG substitate rate increasing.Factors influencing fuel costs of dual fuel combustion were analyzed.
