摘要
文章论述了在ArcGIS虚拟地理信息系统下实现:GIS工程、三维动画制作、虚拟飞行、输出三维影像;真实、客观、形象地反映了区域生态建设的成就,对研究和促进科尔沁沙地生态建设,加快这一地区人工植被恢复,改良退化草地、促进农-牧业经济可持续发展有重要的现实意义。对我国东北和华北地区生态环境安全保障、推动区域性经济持续发展具有重要的战略意义。同时,也是指导地方生态建设,制定决策方案的重要科学依据。
The article introduced GIS engineering,3D animation,virtual flight,output of three dimensional imaging,based on virtual GIS of ArcGIS.Using ArcGIS can factually,objectively and vividly reflect the achievements of regional ecological construction,which be help to promote horqin sandylands ecological construction,speed up the area artificial vegetation restoration,improve degraded grassland and promote the economic sustainable development of farming and animal husbandry economy.It is an important strategic significance of ecological environment security and regional economic sustainable development in northeast and north.At the same time,it is an important scientific basis to guide the local ecological construction and decision-making plan.
