摘要
文章研究了不同移栽基质对灰木相思组培苗移栽成活率的影响,结果表明:灰木相思组培苗移栽的最佳基质是红心土+泥炭土(3∶1),移栽成活率可达91%以上。
The author tests effect of different transplanting medium on survival ratio of transplant seedling of Acacia implexa.The results showed that red heart soil: peat soil(3∶1) is the optimum substrate for transplanting tissue culture seedling of Acacia implexa,and transplanting survival rate is 91%.
