浅谈腰英台油田防腐阻垢配套工艺

Discussion on Anti-corrosion and Scale Inhibitor in Yaoyingtai Oilfield

随着开发的不断深入和发展,油井含水的上升,腰英台油田管杆腐蚀现象加剧,油井管杆更换率高、免修期短等问题逐渐暴露出来。为了延长检泵周期,结合腰英台油区历年防腐方面所做的工作,2011年对油井的防腐蚀工艺进行了一些探索性的研究工作。通过对我厂油井腐蚀成因的分析,修订了油井的日常管理措施,对化学药剂的用量和加药方式进行了改变,并且制定了二氧化碳驱区块的防腐管柱配套工艺技术规范。

With the development of exploring, the water in oil wells and corrosion in tube are rising, so the rate of oil tube replacement is higher and higher. In orderto prolong pump inspection cycle and combined with the yaoyingtai oil field, we process some exploratory researching on corrosion. Based on that, we perfect dailymanagement measures, such as the chemical medicament, anticorrosive pipe column supporting the process specification on carbon dioxide flooding blocks and so on.
