摘要
介绍三种主要硫精矿烘干方式的工艺设计、设备配备及各种装置在生产中的实际运行情况,从资源消耗、烘干效果、经济性、环境影响、作业强度等方面分别对这三种硫精矿烘干工艺方式进行分析。蒸汽干燥工艺为实现生产装置内中低温位废热利用开辟了一条新的用热途径,更具有资源、环保等综合价值优势。
It's introduced the process design,the device configuration and the use of a variety of devices in the actual production of three major drying sulfur methods.And analyzed these drying methods from the resource consumption,drying effect,economic,environmental influence and operating strength,etc.Steam drying technology has opened a new way to realize utilization of low temperature waste heat in the production equipment,and it has advantage in resources,environmental protection and other value.
