摘要
煤沥青经喹啉萃取后,以三氟化硼乙醚和硝基苯作为催化剂,在氮气氛下热缩聚制得改性沥青,并对改性沥青的工艺进行初步研究;利用FT-IR、热分析仪对改性沥青的结构和热稳定性进行了分析。结果表明改性后沥青脂肪族侧链明显减少,芳构化程度增加,热失重率减小,适合用于制备碳纤维。
Extracted by quinoline,coal tar pitch was heated in nitrogen to prepare a modification of coal tar pitch,in the presence of boron fluoride ethyl ether and nitrobenzene as a catalyst.The process flow of modified coal tar pitch was studied.FT-IR,TGA,rheometer were performed to study on structure,thermal Stability and rheological performance of the modified coal tar pitch.The results showed modified coal tar pitch with reducing aliphatic side chains and weight loss rate and increasing aromatization can be used for the preparation of carbon fiber.
