摘要
选择一氯乙烷和NaOH用量、反应温度、时间四因子,三水平对制备乙基化甘油进行正交试验,最优化工艺条件为:一氯乙烷和NaOH与甘油的摩尔比量分别为1.25∶1和1∶1,温度120℃,时间8 h;在此条件下,乙基化甘油产量为1.46 g/g甘油。在最优条件下,发现添加3种相转移催化剂能进一步增加乙基化甘油的产率。当四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)、四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)添加量(占甘油摩尔量百分比)分别为1%、2%和1.5%时,乙基化甘油的产量分别为1.53,1.58和1.55 g/mL甘油。
The optimal technology for preparation of ethylized glycerol by orthogonal experiment design was: mixture of chloroethane and sodium hydroxide with glycerol at a molar ratio of 1.25∶1 and 1∶1 respectively was reacted at 120 ℃ for 8 h;under this condition,1.46 g/mL of ethylized glycerol was produced.Addition of phase transfer catalysts further increased the yield of the product.When tetrabutylammonium bromide(TBAB),tetramethylammonium hydroxide(TMAH)and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) were respectively added at a level of 1 %,2 %,and 1.5 %(on the basis of glycerol),the yield of ethylized glycerol were 1.53,1.58,and 1.55 g/mL of glycerol.
