摘要 以对氯甲苯为原料,经格氏反应制得对甲苯基氯化镁格氏试剂,低温下,采用复合催化剂与邻氯苯腈反应,合成2-氰基-4’-甲基联苯。采用核磁及气质联用色谱等确定其结构,通过高效液相色谱法测定该工艺制得的2-氰基-4’-甲基联苯纯度在95%以上,该方法步骤简单,产率较高,适合工业大生产。 2-cyano-4'-methylbiphenyl was synthesized over a catalyst from chlorobenzonitrile and MeC6H4MgCl which was prepared from chlorotoluene by a Grinard reaction.Its structure was determinated by 1H NMR and GC-MS.The method has simple steps,high yield,and is suitable for industrial production.
