对氨基苯酚连续水解催化加氢合成工艺的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对氨基苯酚是重要的精细化工原料.本研究提出连续化水解、加氢合成对氨基苯酚的工艺,并开发一种新型的碳基Ni加氢催化剂.实验结果表明,催化剂的有效使用寿命大于1000hr,当水解温度为:166~168℃,加氢压力:8.0 kg/cm,温度:95~100℃时,各工艺段的转化率和选择性均高于99%.本研究开发了连续化水解、加氢合成对氨基苯酚的新工艺,流程简洁,原料利用率高,易于实现工业化. P-aminophenol is important raw materials for fine chemical engineering.The study proposed a facile route for the continuous synthesis of p-aminophenol by combining hydrolysis and hydrogenation.A type of carbon based Ni-catalysis for hydrogenation was also developed.Results showed that life cycle of Ni-catalysis was longer than 1000 hrs.The conversion ratio and selection proportion would be higher than 99 % when the hydrolysis temperature was optimized to 166~168 ℃,reaction pressure was 8.0 kg/cm2 and hydrogenation temperature was controlled in range of 95~100 ℃.This study developed a new technology for continuous synthesis of p-aminophenol.This technology was characterized with its simplicity,high material utilization ratio and facile industrialization.
